Space, layout, one downstairs bedroom, en-suite bathrooms, additional family bathroom, everything you needed in kitchen, location beautiful, easy check in, fabulous staff, lovely extra touches like Prosecco.
Issues with repairs during our stay, staff responded immediately, these were fixed and went over and above, really exceptional service.

The location was excellent looking across the lake. Cake & prosecco in the accommodation was a nice touch.
A number of maintenance & DIY issues, large carpet stains, brown marks on ceiling from a previous water leak, broken blinds etc. unfortunately the neighbouring attached property was undergoing repairs resulting in noise throughout the day, which spoilt the peaceful location. No hot water after the first day. The property would significantly benefit from supplying an instruction manual for visitors.
