We travelled as a group of 16 and had seven rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay—the food was excellent, with an amazing variety, and the resort had fantastic facilities. Two of our days were packed with excursions, so unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to experience everything the resort had to offer.
The acrobats team during the evening entertainment were fabulous and we really enjoyed the show. Pure talent and very engaging.
A special mention must go to Mahmud Sultan, who regularly checked in with our group to make sure everything was okay. He even helped rescue my son’s shorts after they flew off our balcony and landed on the roof of another room! His kindness and helpfulness were genuinely appreciated
The resort became extremely busy during our final two nights. At dinner, we sometimes had to wait for clean plates to become available, which was frustrating and could have been managed better. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay.

This hotel was amazing experience staff were pleasant highly highly recommend very family and baby friendly. 10\10. All inclusive including alcoholic drinks- special thanks to resk for all support.

Le personnel aux petits soins(homme de chambres , serveurs barman piscine ), l’hôtel était assez grand plutôt cool niveau piscine
Le manque de professionnalisme de la réception pas de sourires personnels très froid (réception), nous forces a mettre des bon commentaires , changer juste les réceptionniste est l’hôtel sera beaucoup mieux en thermes de gestion
