We had a really lovely stay @ Ulivo. The host gave us such a warm welcome and the house was super cute, with a beautiful little courtyard. It had everything we needed, coffee, sugar, a washing machine and a very well-equipped kitchen, which would be especially useful for a longer stay.
The location was excellent: very easy to walk down towards the castle and into the centre of Bracciano, while still being incredibly quiet and peaceful.
The only downside for us was the heat. We stayed during an exceptionally hot weekend and, although there were fans and a portable air-conditioning unit in the kitchen, the bedrooms were still quite warm. Obviously the weather is completely outside the host’s control, but personally I would have loved air conditioning in the bedrooms as well.

Struttura ben tenuta e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Bracciano.
Tutto perfetto, unica pecca (non da sottovalutare con la temperatura a più di 30 gradi) era il condizionatore.. non era un condizionatore fisso ma un deumidificatore portatile messo dietro al tavolo della cucina con il tubo dello scarico dell'aria neanche fissato al muro. Anche accendendolo la casa non si è raffreddata. Alla abbiamo optato per il ventilatore, uno per due stanze.
Il proprietario Lorenzo molto gentile al momento del check-in, dovendo stare una sola notte non ce la siamo sentita di disturbare per questo inconveniente ma credo sia giusto segnalarlo.
Fra le dotazioni dell'appartamento è segnalata l' aria condizionata... Non credo sia corretto.
