If you are looking for a 'beach resort with pool' like most hotels on the Palm, this isn't it. They have a very small rooftop pool which is not the most comfortable to use.
This is a good one night stay if you don't plan to swim etc. The location is good and room was nice and clean. Unfortunately, we had an issue where the hotel offered a one night free stay due air space closures. Then at 9pm at night they came with security to demand payment, even though a few hours before the manager extended our stay at no cost. This was terrifying give the very stressful time we were already living through. A simple call would have sufficed.

Attentive reception who were very accommodating. Room was clean and easily accessible. Good restaurant and bars around. Gym is small but available and that makes all the difference.

My third time staying at this hotel. I really like staying here. Love the access to the beach, the rooms are nice, deatox restaurant is good, staff is friendly and room cleaning is good
