This lovely ground-floor apartment is one of two apartments and offers a comfortable and convenient base in the heart of Launceston. Its ground-floor position provides easy access to the surrounding city streets and local amenities.



Enter through the secure front courtyard, where you’ll find a private outdoor setting with seating—a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day exploring the city.



Inside, the spacious open-plan living and dining area provides a welcoming place to relax. It features comfortable seating, a Smart TV, a six-seater dining table, unlimited Wi-Fi, and reverse-cycle air conditioning to keep you comfortable throughout the year.



The living area flows into a well-appointed kitchen equipped with everything you need for a convenient stay, including a fridge, oven, cooktop, cookware, utensils, and essential appliances.



Both bedrooms open directly off the living and dining area. Each features a comfortable queen-sized bed with quality bedding, built-in storage, and its own private ensuite. Both ensuites include showers, while one also features a relaxing bathtub—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Tasmania.



A convenient laundry is located just off the dining area, making the apartment well suited to both short and longer stays.

George Street, known as ‘Eat Street’, is another local favourite, offering restaurants, bars, gin houses, and cafés to suit a range of tastes.



For local produce and Tasmanian flavours, don’t miss the vibrant Harvest Launceston Community Farmers’ Market, held every Saturday morning. The city also offers plenty of entertainment, including performances at the Princess Theatre, films at the Star Theatre, and live music at local pubs and venues.



Cataract Gorge

Getting Around



Launceston city centre is easy to explore by car, bus, bike, scooter, or on foot. A car is recommended if you’re planning to explore beyond the city and discover the wider Tamar Valley and northern Tasmania.



PARKING:

A designated carport is available for guests. The carport measures approximately 2.7 m wide and 8 m long. Please check your vehicle dimensions before arrival to ensure it will fit comfortably.



METRO BUS:

Metro Tasmania operates regular services throughout Launceston and surrounding suburbs. Timetables, routes, and fares are available online.



FREE TIGER BUS:

The Free Tiger Bus provides a convenient way to travel around the city, with nearby stops around Princes Square and the Launceston General Hospital.



ELECTRIC SCOOTERS:

Beam electric scooters can be found throughout Launceston. Download the Beam app to locate and hire a scooter. Helmets are provided and should be worn.



BIKE HIRE:

Roll Cycles at 112 Cimitiere Street offers bike rentals for exploring the city and surrounding areas.



UBER:

Uber operates throughout Launceston and can be booked through the Uber app.

No smoking is permitted inside the property.

No shoes are to be worn inside.

The designated carport measures approximately 2.7 m wide and 8 m long.

For longer stays, an additional fortnightly mid-stay cleaning fee will apply.

A $50 fee applies for every 15-minute interval guests remain at the property beyond the agreed checkout time.

To help ensure sufficient hot water throughout your stay, please limit showers to a maximum of 25 minutes at a time.
