Josephine Cottage is a cool, historic 1898 farmhouse that's been completely updated for the modern traveler.

STAIRS: For guests with mobility issues, the home sits at the top of a hill, and to access the home, there's a large staircase to maneuver. You may unload your vehicle from the back of the home where you won't have the issue of so many stairs, but parking is only along the road in the front of the home.
*We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.
*Towels and linens are included.

The property is in a great location, was super clean, and all you have to do is sit and enjoy all the beautiful nature all around! The area is quiet and peaceful. Although it is close to the Omni, the brewery and café in town, walking to these locations would be difficult as there is a large hill between the areas. I would stay here again!

The house was extremely comfortable.We enjoyed the deck and the fire pit. Individual bathrooms were a nice amenity. The valley beds and bed linens were all exceptional. We enjoyed a spa day at the homestead, which was very convenient. It was a great girls' trip, thank you.

This was a last-minute stay. It was an excellent choice though. The house was great! It was clean, easy to find and parking was no problem. It was a little more than I was wanting to pay but it was well worth it. Communication was no problem. She responded fast and was so helpful with what I needed. Lastly, but the most important (in my opinion) are the beds. They were nice and comfortable. There were only 2 of us that stayed so I can only vouch for 2 of the bedrooms. We will stay again.

Easy check-in, responsive host, clean beautiful home. Celebrated my wife’s birthday with two other couples, and we had plenty of space. It was well equipped with towels, and paper for our stay. Kitchen was also fully equipped - very nice. Primary access has a decent amount of steps, good to know if you visit with elderly or disabled - but it was not a problem for our party.
