This three bedroom, three bathroom lakefront home is outfitted with everything you’ll need to cook and entertain, play on 1,200-acre Lake Mascoma, or lounge for hours with coffee on the screened in porch. I can say in our experience there was so much attention to detail. When a landlord/host focuses on small things the big things take care of themselves. Salt next to the entrance door for the walkway, a box of tissue in every room, snacks in a welcome basket, magazines of what to do locally. Host let us check out late so we could go to a planned event on time. Kindness goes a long way and this was a great experience. I even met a neighbor who invited me over for a beer lol. I have a renewed view of VRBO as I had a nightmare experience a year ago.

Everything was great, absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful, cozy & clean! It was awesome to be right on the lake. We lucked out with the weather with a little fun skating before the snowstorm. - Tim and Leah were wonderful hosts, responding promptly to our initial questions as we settled in. - Excellent place to stay!!!
