PESSIMO! Nao recomendo, nao confiem

Eu reservei um bangalo com vista. As fotos da minha reserva no booking mostravam um quarto com vista e eu mandei mensagem no numero indicado para garantir a vista. Uma IA me respondeu com informações que nao eram verdade (alias, nao confiem no numero, é sempre uma IA que responde qualquer coisa e nao verifica a veracidade das informações), cheguei la e meu quarto era virado pra parede, sem vista nenhuma e com indisponibilidade para troca mesmo com varios bangalos vazios. A pessoa que esta la disponível para ajudar nao tem conhecimento nenhum sobre as reservas. Eu nao gostei de nada nessa acomodação. É um quarto mediado e carissimo

Meu chuveiro parou de funcionar e depois do pessimo atendimento que tive durante a hospedagem nem tentei resolver. Foi o pior atendimento em todas as hospedagens que ja fiquei

A localização

O bangalô das fotos não condiz com o que foi locado, ludibriado por fotos . Horário de check-out absurdo : 10:00, não existe em nenhuma pousada que viajei pelo Brasil. E a administradora do local carpediem , sem comunicação e atenção, querendo cobrar taxas extras, sem nenhum pudor
