Ana was a fantastic host, I found it hard to locate the property initially but Ana responded to my query straight away and sent me a new link on googlemaps. The place itself was very comfortable, spacious and incredibly clean. The bed was so comfortable and a great bathroom. Everything you could want for a lovely stay and I'm so glad I spent a lot of my holiday in this location. Fanal forest was a short drive away, the lava pools were within walking distance, great levada walking trail options and the town was really really lovely.
I think a dishwasher would be a great addition to the property but other than that I can't think of anything that could improve my stay. Superb!

The apartment was large and had washing facilities which was super helpful after a week of hikes! There was a good porch area for storing wet shoes, clothes etc. Parking right outside the door. Within walking distance of the main area of Porto Moniz.
There was no air-con so we left the windows open but this meant we could hear the noises from the parking garage sometimes late a night.
