The rooms, the food and the staff were superb! I really liked the hospitality and the comfort of the stay which made my weeklong stay with the hotel really memorable
The approach road is through a service road beside the highway. And this service road is really in a pathetic condition which makes reaching and going out from the hotel a really painful thing.

I had a wonderful 7-day stay at Holiday Inn with my son during his tennis tournament week. Everything was absolutely lovely—the food was delicious, the hospitality was excellent, and the staff members were extremely warm, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. Their care and friendliness truly made our week even more comfortable and memorable. A wonderful experience overall, and I would definitely love to stay here again!
The only disappointing aspect was the approach road to the hotel, which is unfortunately in a very poor and pathetic condition. I sincerely hope something can be done to improve it, as it certainly does not match the otherwise excellent experience the hotel offers.

It was a standard 4 star
The property looks like one of those new ones which have been built on those on buildings and cement and false wall but it doesn’t really give you a field. The reception is okay but the rooms are functional for a four star. There are many better that I’ve seen
Some of the staff at the reception is very good
One of the particular FNB managers could have been better, but all in all it’s a good Property I will stay there again but it is not my first choice
