Beautifully decorated, clean, great location and good facilities.
You needed to bring your own cafetière to make a proper coffee (luckily we did). There was a coffee pod machine but with no pods.

The location was perfect for us, top of town so very quiet. Steep hill back up from town that could be a consideration for some. Plenty of places to eat and a beautiful beach & harbour. The flat was comfortable, spacious with added bonus of a parking space and small outdoor area.
Bathroom floor could do with a steam clean. We stayed here two years ago so was very surprised to see the same broken kitchen bin and same broken lounge curtain rail.

Location was spot
On a short 5 min walk into saundersfoot town bit of a hill climb back but overall great position
Not cleaned very well,dust and hair everywhere.
Needed some TLC for little things like curtains hanging off the rails,sitting room TV stand broken and needed propping up.
