Fantastic location, sooo cosy and nicely decorated, had most things you’d need for a long stay, slept really well, fifteen second walk to the village centre :) We would completely recommend this place, it was a joy to stay in. Lockbox makes check-in and out a breeze, and we got a discount for the week on the car park (in the Willow car park) so shoutout the guys there too, they were great.
Nothing major - the shower can cast quite a bit of water on the floor, and it would have been lovely to have a telly with Netflix (for those late rainy evenings indoors when terrestrial TV is always dire haha) but the place is great. Read some grumpy previous reviews about the cottage being right on the road but it’s not busy, certainly not at night, and it didn’t put us off at all. The dog loved it, we took her to the grass patch by car park for her to do her business every evening so not having outdoor space wasn’t an issue. Overall it’s a very good price for the space 😊
