Staff was over the top friendly. Between the people checking us in and guy tending bar I felt like I’d made new friends. Rooms a huge. Closet so big we used it to dress while someone else got dressed in the bathroom. I travel a lot for work all over the country, this was the best hotel experience, mainly because of staff.
If I had one critique it was the floor in the pool area, super slippery.

Rooms are very big and bathrooms are huge. We stayed in the deluxe queen suite and it was very big and roomy! Bring your own pillows theirs are flat and zero support.
Bring your own pillows, these suck they are flat as soon as you touch them! The bed is hard as a rock so if you prefer comfy pillow top this hotel is not for you! My back still hurts from my stay!
