The location very easy to access from the airport. From the outside clean, as you drive in cleanliness and the room was superb. We had one night of sleeplessness due to the faulty air conditioning but the staff were so amazing and moved us into another room and had extras thrown in. Amazing staff, always smiling and helpful.

Aesthetic in the public areas are exceptional both interior and garden, quiet street, a bit of a hidden gem infact. Friendly staff, especially the reception team. Good sized rooms.
The bathroom is a bit of a wet room. The shower could do with a step to stop water splashing out. It becomes a trip hazard after you shower. The menu is a bit uninspired. The chef’s execution was rather disappointing. Very long waits for food 60-90 minutes for a dish. Soft eggs not soft, salty lasagna, salty tomahawk. If the chef upped his game this place would be hard to beat in Harare.

Brilliant service 👏. If you want a personal touch and also a sense of care and diligence then Ezulwini is the place. Massive shout out to Bridget , Rutendo , Precious and Addiel to name a few people who made this experience delightful. The daily check ins , the smiles when you walk in. The responsiveness to any queries. You all were exceptional. We will surely be back soon!
My 7 day stay was too short I needed a good 2 weeks lol!

The gym, outside areas and facilities were really nice.
Shower leaked, bathroom light wouldn’t stay on, staff were really friendly but lacked a bit of experience. They never gave napkins at meals times ever, always had to ask, service quite slow but mostly because there was only ever one service member.
