Disappointing customer service

Hand soap and body wash were empty. Approached host to explain,only got a response after hours saying sorry and followed by a message reminding to leave 7 euro on the desk before leaving (for city tax). A good chance of waving this additional cost off your tenant that had to go and buy their own body wash bottle and you missed it. Even a hostel with shared bathroom be able to provide such basic amenities and apparently we were not paying a hostel rate for this accommodation. At least try to "customer service".

Very convenient, very comfortable, very affordable. Great stay

Nicely tucked away in a good location very close to public transport. Plenty of places for food and such. Was very very grateful that there was q good ac unit by the bed in the apartment as it was very hot when we stayed.

Everything was great. The only slight thing was there we couldn’t find any smaller pans for cooking with aside from the big oven sheet tray in the oven itself. We were still able to cook it just made it a little harder since it’s more awkward to wash that’s all.

Convenient Studio with strategic location close to everything.

Well stocked Studio, in a good location, walking distance to Bus Station and Old Town. Communication with the host was great and the Apartment was renovated. A full kitchen with a coffee capsule machine is provided too.

The wall lights didn't work with the remote provided and while it was generally clean, cleaning could've been improved in the not so obvious areas (on top of kitchen cabinets, under and behind the bed).
