Stunning views and we had gorgeous clear weather, we could see for miles. Horses, sheep, geese etc loved the location.
Lovely rooms and beds, beautiful bathroom and kitchen. Really appreciated the underfloor heating in the mornings!
Great communication from the host, they even delivered some logs x
Some storage in the bedrooms would help, nowhere to put smalls and other bits.
My husband said the rainfall shower wouldn’t work? The other part of the shower worked fine.

The cottage was beautiful and very clean had everything you need. Communication with the owners was very easy they also informed me of something that was done by previous person staying which did effect our stay too much, they also left couple welcome gifts which was a lovely touch. The view was stunning out our window

A friend & I (2 ladies) stayed here as we were attending a wedding close by. We were absolutely thrilled when we walked through the door of Southview. The decor is stunning, and each room is kitted out with top quality furnishings & finishing touches. The host left us a pack of eggs, milk, ginger nuts & Nespresso coffee pods to enjoy. They are very generous & welcoming. Let’s talk about the main bedroom that has a simba mattress! Wow, gorgeous…we had to flip a coin as we both wanted the same room 🤣🤣. All bedrooms are fabulous & the view from the front rooms is stunning. The cottage literally has everything you need to permanently live there…. We didn’t want to leave. On the Friday evening we went to The Fleece Inn for dinner. Food was very nice & they have a steak night on the Friday. We had an amazing weekend staying here - would highly recommend.
