A gusto pero decepcionado

La ubicación, la proximidad a la playa, puerto, comercios y restaurantes y aunque esperaba un mínimo de calidad en el apartamento que NO SE DIO, el precio no fue muy caro, asumible para un europeo, pero con una standares de calidad que al final te hacen pensar y sentír que era caro.

La primera noche me tuvieron que trasladar porque no tenían preparado mi alojamiento. Cuando me retornaron a Sunset, no había toallas, las reclamé y me dijeron que estaban en la lavadora. De los 7 enchufes (tomas de corriente eléctrica) solo eran útiles 2, el resto no funcionaban, principalmente por qué tenían tanta holgura por su mala calidad, que los dispositivos y cargadores se quedaban colgando y no hacían contacto. En el baño, el plato de ducha, aunque espacioso, estaba tan mal instalado que la pendiente hacia que el agua en lugar de ir al sumidero, se embalsara en sentido contrario encharcando el baño cada vez que se usaba la ducha. No había ni un rollo de papel higiénico ni bolsa de basura. Al ser los apartamentos del resort de múltiples propietarios, el estado y atención de cada apartamento, siendo estos iguales o muy similares en espacio y composición, era muy diferente de unos a otros e incluso entre los de la misma propiedad.

Más que quejas, propuestas de mejora

A pesar de las dificultades del idioma, la predisposición del personal por atenderte y ayudarte fue buena.

Solo nos dieron 2 toallas para 3 personas y aunque pedimos más, nunca nos las trajeron. Cuestiones básicas incluso en régimen de apartamento, como el papel higiénico o bolsas de basura, no estaban disponibles y tuvimos que adquirirlos por nuestra cuenta. Los enchufes, algunos de ellos no eran utilizables pues estaban deformados y no hacían contacto con los cargadores o los equipos que enchufabas en ellos. El plato de ducha no tenía la caída y orientación adecuada, por lo que en cada ducha el agua se embalsaba al lado contrario del sumidero y desbordaba el plato inundando el baño.

A pesar de las dificultades del idioma, la predisposición del personal por atenderte y ayudarte fue buena.

Solo nos dieron 2 toallas para 3 personas y aunque pedimos más, nunca nos las trajeron.
