Spacious caravan with everything you needed in it and in a good location. Owner easy to contact and responsive to any queries. Check in process was easy and straight forward. A good stay.

A decent sized caravan with shower room and another toilet.
Good heating.
Lots of kitchen crockery and glasses to use.
Complimentary coffee/ tea/ biscuits in kitchen.
It was abundantly clear that the double bed had not been changed since the last guest. Sheets had hair on them, pillows had hair on them. Sheets was wrinkled from where a person had clearly got out of the bed. Smelled like it had been slept in. I had to go and buy my own sheets, duvet set and pillows from the local Sainsbury’s to use.
Tea towel needed throwing away ( I didn’t throw it) it was filthy with bits of food still on it.
Crockery and cutlery drainer at the sink in the kitchen was dirty in the cutlery part and the first thing I did was use my own cleaning products to clean it.
Advised owner of issues with cleanliness. Lack lustre response and was told I should have told him whilst k was there so he could have told me where spare clean sheets were so I could change the bed myself. Great.
