A wonderful apartment in a perfect location!
Beautifully renovated with great taste and attention to detail. The high vaulted ceilings give the apartment a very special atmosphere, and the two air-conditioning units keep it pleasantly cool. Everything is well equipped and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We also really appreciated the comfortable bed and good-quality mattress.
The location is fantastic – just 50 metres from the beach and supermarket, and only a 10-minute walk to the old town and Via Gaudio with its restaurants.
Martina was incredibly friendly and always responded immediately.
We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!

Die Wohnung war mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. - Die Lage war ideal: schnell am Meer und schnell in der Altstadt. - Die grosse Terrasse war ein Pluspunkt: genügend Platz, Schattenmöglichkeiten. Aber: Für Leute, die Privatsphäre schätzen, nicht geeignet. Für uns hat‘s wunderbar gepasst! - Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt! Wir können die Wohnung und den Gastgeber von Herzen weiterempfehlen!

De ligging is ideaal voor uitstapjes naar het strand en de uitgaansbuurt met leuke bars en restaurants. Beide zijn (ruim) binnen 5 minuten wandelafstand. De supermarkt ligt op minder dan 100 meter. Uitstekend uitgerust appartement (inclusief airco - zeer welkom!) met ruime slaapkamer (met uitstekend bed en ruim voldoende opbergruimte), prima kookgelegenheid (met kruiden, olijfolie, suiker, keukenpapier, ...), en badkamer met goede douche (inclusief zeep, maandverband, ...). Wasmachine met wasmiddel en wasverzachter. Kortom: aan alles is gedacht. Zeer ruim terras met tafel en stoelen, gootsteen en berging met strandstoelen, droogrekken, ... De communicatie met de eigenaars verliep zeer vlot en super vriendelijk met goede tips bij vragen van onze kant. Wij voelden ons zeer welkom en keren zeker terug bij een volgend bezoek aan San Remo. San Remo op zich is trouwens ook de moeite. Niet te groot zodat alles te voet bereikt kan worden, maar wel levendig met een mooie winkelstraat, een leuke uitgaansbuurt en mooie stranden en een prachtig fietspad langs de kuststrook.
Enig minpuntje in het appartement is dat de douche zich in een wat krappe ruimte bevindt, bereikbaar via twee traptreden. Voor ons geen probleem, maar voor minder mobiele mensen kan dit wat ongemak veroorzaken.
Buiten op het terras is het uitzicht beperkt doordat het appartement zich tussen hoge gebouwen bevindt.
