The apartment was very nice and in a great location. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the air conditioning was very quiet, so we were able to leave it on a low setting throughout the night. The apartment also had a large fridge-freezer and a spacious bathroom with nice towels.
The location was excellent, with shops, cafés, bars and restaurants nearby, while the street itself was surprisingly quiet.
The stairs could benefit from some grip tape as they were a little slippery. The mezzanine ceiling was also a little low (around 170cm high). The kitchen was clean and functional, but could benefit from having a few more items and equipment.
