Great location, thoughtfully appointed, and nice beds. Well done. The location is great for walking to the city and parking just down the road is provided by the property owners. Sitting directly on the river makes for a cool backyard experience stepping out of the kitchen. The owners did everything to set great expectations, give insights into Arundel, and even call out good nearby events. We had a 4 year old in tow and they could not have been more helpful.
So, this is a complaint from most people. The stairs are steep. That being said, we are fit, packed smartly, and had no problem walking two flights of narrow stairs. For a cottage like feel in England, this is not out of the ordinary. That being said, if narrow & steep stairs are a problem for you, be forewarned.

Everything! A truly wonderful experience. The Cottage is perfectly located near High Street, easy accessible but still very quiet.
