Nice location, very proper, friendly host, a lot of space.
There was only one toilet and it was located in the backroom. So attending the toilet during the night was not efficient.

Stayed with family with 3 kids, for a week holiday. The location is bigger than some photos are suggesting. It contains the room of 2 rooftops, if you look at the photos. Big living room; separate big kitchen with big table, nice oven, coffee drip machine, big fridge with separate freeze part, cooking area (gas powered). Table soccer which is very nice with older kids to play. Big garden where you can eat or play badminton. Own parking area behind the house. Nice owners. Wifi was very fast too. Tip: for swimming, go to the Bourlogne-sur-Mer north beach; park free uphill and walk a bit. Beach has toilet, shower. Location is in a small town; you always need to drive 3 minutes for shops/bread, which is fine.
Everything was fine. Note that there is only 1 toilet and it is located downstairs. The first level flooring is made of wood, so you can hear persons walking at night.
