I had such a wonderful stay at this guest house, and a huge part of that was because of the amazing management and staff.
Mr. Johnny truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. From making sure I had a heater in my room, to helping with small conveniences, providing ice buckets, and consistently checking in to make sure everything was okay, his attention to detail and hospitality really stood out. He genuinely made me feel looked after.
I also have to give a special mention to Phumi, the housekeeper, who was one of the friendliest and most welcoming people I met during my stay. She made sure I had clean towels and fresh linen every day, even taking my preferred linen colours into consideration. She was also kind enough to assist with my laundry, which made my stay so much easier.
The level of care and personal attention from the team made the guest house feel like a home away from home. I’m truly grateful for the hospitality and would happily stay here again. Thank you, Mr. Johnny and Phumi, for making my stay so comfortable and pleasant!

The location was perfect for me. It was very close to the Springs Mall, and it was easily accessible. Proximity to where I needed to get to was also great.
Unfortunately, only a small towel was provided. It would have been nice to get a bigger one. The bed was a little bit hard. I know some people prefer this.
