Reception staff, valet and doorman are all wonderful. We were guven a free upgrade to a sea facing 1 bedroom apartment. Super spacious and comfy bathroom was thoroughly clean and well maintained. There was no noise disturbance from outside. We also enjoyed a fantastic couples massage, everyone at the Spa was respectful, warm and professional. Breakfast was good, I love that along with fresh eggs made to order, pancakes were also made hot and fresh.
One elevator was out of order which sometimes cause abit of a wait in the lobby.

Nice friendly and helpful staff.
The furniture and finishes in the hotel are quite dated and need total renovation.
The food at the buffet was too expensive with below average quality. It looked much better than it tasted. I don't recommend it nor eating at the hotel.
There wasn't much choice in food in the walking neighborhood either.
The only clients that I saw were Pakistani or Indian men aged from 35 to 45.
The price was too high for the quality, especially that there were great price deals in much better hotels in Dubai in the same period.
