室内、寝具がとても綺麗で、アメニティ、タオルなども充実している上にキッチン、大型冷蔵庫、湯沸ポット、電子レンジも完備されていて次は長期ステイしたいと思いました。チェックイン、チェックアウトを失敗しましたが店舗に伺い、ご対応頂きました。
大曲の花火終わりに宿泊したので、チェックイン時間が不明過ぎるので、メールでも電話でも連絡しましたが一切繋がらない、メールの返信もなく、とても不安な気持ちになりました。メールの返信は頂きたかったです。
