Very centrally located. A really nice, solid hotel, perfectly comfortable, great place to stopover to allow a few hours exploring Akita
Parking was slightly awkward, having to use the station car park.
Our bathroom had some minor plumbing issue.
But real minor stuff.

Staff was very polite and friendly. The atmosphere is homey. The design and layout is not confusing. Hotel itself and the rooms are clean. Very near the station. There is a convenience store at the hotel. I got my money’s worth.

Location is in the heart of the city next to the train station with lots of shops near by.
Our room was bigger than expected and with lots of amenities.

Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Location near railway station was good.
The room smelt of cigarette smoke. I don't like the smell of cigarette smoke.
