あやまって喫煙の部屋を予約してしまったんですが、フロントの方がすぐ禁煙の部屋に変更してくれました。ありがとうございました。
部屋も掃除がいきとどいていて綺麗でした。
秋田市民市場にもアクセスしやすいホテルですね。
残念だったのは、部屋からの景色かなぁ…

秋田駅から徒歩数分の立地の良さに加え、部屋も大きく綺麗でスタッフの方々の対応も非常に良く、大変満足出来るホテルでした！

The hotel staff were very helpful and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located close to the station so travelling to and from it is very convenient! It's also near the Citizen's Market (which was a wonderful place to chill and enjoy being a part of the city).
The washer/dryers were not very effective at drying the clothes, despite multiple runs (we put our clothes in twice) of the dryer cycle.
