Friendly staff and were very helpful to make sure our stay was perfect. Food was delicious and we were able to get a room upgrade on arrival. Onsen was a pamper. Location was central and easy to get around.

excellent value for money! Train station close by. Good breakfast options and for evening their complimentary ramen was great. the onsen was good, everything you need including a washing machine. maybe just the indoor pool didn't seem so clean to me. but the outdoor one was great!
