We stayed in Shenzhen for one night and it was great! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable but what really made our experience was how friendly the receptionists were. They gave us lots of water and were very helpful. The buffet breakfast was a bit underwhelming but for a free meal I can't complain. Overall, I would definitely recommend!

good location, 5 min walk to the metro station. Resto in the ground floor (recommend breakfirst and lunch only, with various choices of traditional dimsim) good value for money
carpet is not that clean

Very Asian, friendly hotel.
Comfortable beds and a nice big room with kettle, bottled water, hair dryer, slippers and other amenities
The hotel allows people to smoke in the room. It smelled cigarettes, which was not nice at all

Simple but comforting breakfast. Staff are friendly and always look out that food is replenished.
Smell of cigarettes in the room.
