Les locaux sont en très bon état.
Le bruit. D'un côté du bâtiment, il y a un artisan qui travaille de manière extrêmement bruyante de 7h à 12h et de l'autre, on est face à l'avenue qui est très passante dès 6 ou 7h du matin. Par ailleurs, les rideaux sont très beaux mais ils laissent passer un peu trop de lumière le matin.
Je suis grand et le lit était un petit peu court pour moi. Mais rien de bien méchant pour moi sur ce point.
