konumu ve ulaşımı kolay ve iyiydi, kahvaltı büfesi çeşitleri yeterli ve lezzetliydi, odalar temiz ve güzeldi oda servisinin ikram süprizi hoş bir detaydı, resepsiyonun telefonla araması ve bir şikayet veya isteğimizin olup olmaması konusundaki ilgileri çok iyidi
odaya süpriz gelen ikram konusunda önceden bir bilgilendirme olsa iyi olurdu jakuzideyken kapının aniden çalması kısa süreli bir paniğe neden oldu :), söyleyebileceğim çok fazla bir şey yok gayet iyi bir fiyat/performas oteli

La gentilezza e la professionalità dello staff
Per essere un 5 stelle vi sono state numerose lacune e pecche.
In 7 giorni di soggiorno le lenzuola non sono mai state cambiare.
È capitato che si utilizzavano le tazze e la mattina dopo non venivano sostituite con le pulite.
Comodini ma puliti infatti vi era la forma della tazza.
Vi era un pò di polvere sul pavimento e, per un soggetto allergico, non è il massimo.
Macchie di umidità nel bagno e sul lavandino trovavamo i nostri capelli dietro o sotto la nostra roba per l'igiene personale sistemata sul lavabo.
La qualità del ristorante molto scarsa e in un 5 stelle non è accettabile che alcuni membri del personale del ristorante non parlino inglese.
