It’s located in an old historic building, beautiful property with a patio and excellent location in San Juan, right next to everything you need. They offered me an early check in and were extremely kind, particularly Jean-Marie (I hope I’m spelling the name right). I really appreciated it as was coming in my from another hotel with a safety issue. I’m really grateful!

Check-in was a complete nightmare, very difficult and frustrating. We did not receive the codes to enter the building ahead of time, as the on-line check-in did not function for us. Seemed like both booking.com and the hotel let us down. We had to wait in 35 C heat for someone to leave the building for us to enter.
