The caravan is in a lovely quiet area, under pine trees which was a bonus in very hot weather as it keeps you shaded, however, given the position, the trees are shedding all the time, so a good brush is required every day on the patio. We were close to Lidl for our shopping needs which was brilliant.
The patio area requires constant cleaning, unfortunately, the patio furniture had not been used for a long time, therefore it was filthy cobwebs everywhere, we gave it a deep clean, although the caravan was very clean, beds comfortable and spotless, the floor in the Kitchen area was filthy and the additional throws found in the box in the living area were smelly, maybe from dogs, so we did not use.

Convenient location for public transport
Outside decking furniture unusable as there were no cushions. Area very messy with pine needles and bird poo.
Having to pay extra for leisure pass on site was not mentioned in details and only mentioned in welcome pack.

This is the second time we have been to Lower Hyde in the winter, and it is a lovely site, and the caravan was beautiful

the living room area had board games for the children and books in the bedroom which was a lovely touch. In addition, the supermarket is close by and open til 10pm.
