The Menagerie

The rooms were very unique! Everything was clean and well maintained. There were many extra touches like free snacks and drinks. Even the arrangement of towels and the interesting robes were very well thought out. The location was excellent, as it is just a short walk from Main Street. It’s a one of a kind place to stay that you’ll definitely remember!

Nothing to note

The entire property has such a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing ambiance — it’s truly comfortable and thoughtfully designed. We loved all the small touches that made us feel so at home, especially the little towels labeled “makeup.” The mini bar, mini bottles, and cocktail menu were such fun and unique additions. We also appreciated being greeted with a bucket of ice for our drinks right away — such a considerate detail! The location was also great—just a short walking distance to main street, making everything easy to access. Despite the building’s age and the high outdoor temperatures, the AC worked perfectly. Each side of the bed having its own docking station was another thoughtful feature that made our stay even more convenient. The entire place was beautiful, and we’ll definitely be back!

Stunning property that was flawlessly appointed. Great breakfast and beautiful pool area. Would highly recommend this for anyone staying in Fredericksburg Texas!
