The apartment was large, clean, very safe, in a nice area, and the host was excellent - answering our questions, and remedying a problem with the fridge very quickly, letting us know about local events, such as possible low water pressure due to maintenance, and also possible blocked or congested roads. Also checking in on us during one of the days where it rained heavily. Very attentive to a guest's needs. I stayed with my father and brother, and all three of us were more than satisfied with the apartment! It's very well equipped - we didn't even get around to using the braai or kitchen. There was also a pool, three in fact, but we never had time to try them. The beach is a couple minutes walk away, which was lovely. I enjoyed strolling around the area since there's a nice park nearby with water feature.
It's not a ground floor flat. I did not realise this before arriving - or perhaps did not read the description fully. It's no big deal, but after that first day's shopping, carrying bags full of bottles of wine, it was quite the climb. After this we adjusted our shopping.

Stunning well equipped, bright and clean flat. Fantastic location with sea views. Sharon, the host, is super helpful and friendly. This was our 2nd time back in 4 months and we love this place

This was our second time staying at this lovely apartment, and once again it exceeded our expectations. The apartment is spacious and was extremely clean upon our arrival. It is the perfect location, close enough to the city, but far away enough that it is quiet and serene. The ocean view is awesome and the balcony is the heart of the accommodation - we spent most of our time on the balcony listening to the waves crash, watching the ocean and laying in the sun on very very comfortable outside furniture. The apartment is fully equipped with everything one could need, we did not even have to buy any basics (ie. spices, milk, tea, coffee, olive oil etc) - it was all provided. Further, I want to point out that the beds (both in the main bedroom as well as 2nd bedroom) are extremely comfortable and the pillows are awesome. We have not rested so well in a long time. Sharon, the property manager, once again greeted as upon our arrival and handed us the keys. She was always available when we had questions and we genuinely felt very taken care of. We will definitely stay here again during our next Cape Town visit.
I can not fault anything.
