The hotel manager went above and beyond both his duty and my expectations of hotel service. He first helped resolve an error that was not the hotel’s doing, but rather an issue with the booking website. Even after that was settled, he continued to be exceptionally helpful and amiable, personally ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible.
His genuine care and willingness to help made a real difference to my experience, and I greatly appreciated it.
The service and old rustic charm of the hotel and its facilities.

The room is beautiful and comfortable the atmosphere is very good
The luggage service. In my opinion, the property should know that travelers came with big backpack or luggage. It very uncomfortable to explore the town with a big backpack. They should have a luggage service with no cost. It feels like you didn’t care about the travelers that much. And as that, they’re no seat at the reception for travelers that came to this hostel so we have to walk around with backpack about 3hours before checking in.
