The property was clean and the bed was comfortable. The food downstairs was good.
We arrived well after the 3:00 check in after driving several hours, however had to wait for our room as it wasn’t ready.
The following morning there was a scheduled power outage, which we were given no notice of. My daughter had to have a cold shower, which could have been avoided if we’d gotten ready a little earlier had we known the power would be turned off. No responsibility taken for not communicating with guests or the fact my child had to have a cold shower. We were told that the generator was supposed to be turned on (it wasn’t), but it also wasn’t their fault. It wasn’t their fault, but some acknowledgement or compensation offered would have been nice.
Unable to send an email to the manager to express our disappointment, only a phone number to call the hotel - which was pointless as nobody we spoke to that seemed to care too much.
