The rooms are immaculate and clean / brand new. Super clean fresh linens with spotless bathroom.
Still under construction in a few areas but not an issue.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is beautiful with mountains creating a magical setting. Decoration and style of the hotel was amazing. Andy was very nice and helpful with any request and general chat. Food was delicious and the chef was very helpful with special dietary requests.
It would be nice that the games room was more clear of clutter, but we still enjoyed a game of ping pong anyway.

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel Le cadre et la vue depuis les espaces communs. L'architecture générale de l’hôtel.
L'état général de la chambre (odeurs d'égout, murs qui s'effritent, humidité et moisissures dans la chambres). Le bruit matinal dû aux travaux et à la mauvaise insonorisation des chambres. L’hôtel a construit un nouveau bâtiment, les chambres y sont sans doute en meilleur état mais nous avons séjourné dans l'ancienne partie de l’hôtel (chambre 001 à 004). Le restaurant est bon mais de nombreux produits sont sold out.
