Pese a que ofrecen limpieza gratuita de baño y cocina si lo solicitas, creo que no debería ser algo que lo solicite el huésped, si no que debería hacerse cada vez que un huésped se va o en días concretos. El baño al ser compartido se ensucia antes, por lo que estaria bien si coincide que hay más de una habitación ocupada que se limpiase cada 2-3 días, la cocina no la hemos utilizado por lo que no puedo opinar.

The facilities far exceeded our expectations! The property was extremely clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and in a safe, accessible neighborhood. The location was also very convenient and affordable for commuting to New York every day as tourists. The owner/property manager was exceptionally responsive and helpful, no matter what time of day we reached out. The amenities were incredible — complimentary breakfast, condiments, an unlimited variety of coffee and teas, iced drinks, soft drinks, and practically every spice you could think of. There was a great variety of food available, which was such a thoughtful touch. When the coffee machine stopped working, we reached out and within an hour the owner literally arrived with a brand-new coffee machine and set it up for us! That level of responsiveness and care was truly impressive. The room had a huge TV, excellent Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, clean towels and bedding, conditioner, and toiletries. All three of us were very impressed with the stay and felt that the property was very thoughtfully equipped.

No major complaints at all, but just a couple of small suggestions. The room and bathroom locks were not working as smoothly as they could, so it may be worth checking or replacing them. This could also have simply been a new issue that arose during our stay, but we wanted to bring it to the property's attention. It might also be helpful to have an additional set of bedding available upon request, particularly for guests who are especially sensitive to smells or cleanliness. Again, these are only suggestions and did not negatively impact our stay.

A small, cozy apartment with a truly spectacular view across the river toward Midtown and Lower Manhattan. The location is ideal, surrounded by beautiful parks such as Washington Park and with convenient public transportation to New York City and other parts of Jersey City. There are also convenient shopping options within a one-mile radius, including ShopRite and Central Ave. Shopping center.

For guests who require absolute quiet, there may be some traffic noise during the daytime and peak hours, as the apartment is located close to a busy intersection. Although the location is very convenient for transportation, passing vehicles can occasionally be heard.

The location and the views are perfect and the communications are very good, the room is good and clean and the treatment is very good.
