I booked a room. They asked me to submit 50 percent in advance. On the day of arrival they refused to give me room, said we don't have any room. I have to look around searching for room with my luggage

Privacy was respected by the owner and workers, and also very helpful. Clean enough and with fan and AC in the rooms. Quiet area with some shops nearby.

The availability of kitchenware could be improved to be able to cook there: some more pans, pots, knives, forks, spoons, spatulas, ...
