I seldom review but this one deserve one.
The location is superb. Just 2 mins to vinbus bus terminal,T2. The last stop from airport and to airport. Also bus to vinwonders and vinsafari but this route is confusing we end up use buggy for 50k to vinwonders. Shouldve search for V2 route to go vinwonders, vinsafari.
Below is minimart. The owner trust the customer so much we keep the key, take mineral water and pay later, and go in and out as we like eventhough the owner is not there. Communication is very smooth, the owner can speak good english,and keep communicating through WhatsApp so we get info very quick. Just one finger tap away.
The fridge is cool enough we bring ice water in bottle to drink to the theme park :)
Nothing. Everything is good.
Maybe the shower drainage is quite slow, but thats not bither us much. Just wait few moments the drainage is clear.

Вежливый персонал. Ребята прям добрые, отзывчивые, приятные. Стараются помочь и ответить на все вопросы.
Магазинчик внизу, хоть и не брали ничего, но все равно мило.
Лифт.
Локация удобная в плане того, что можно добраться куда угодно и не надо объяснять таксистам куда тебе надо. Прям у главных ворот Грандворлда. Рядом отличные кафешки типа 123 и Азиатско-западная, очень вкусно и недорого.
Шумно. Окна выходят на вьетнамский центр и у них музыка орет с 10 утра и до 23:00.
Слышно соседей, слышно лифт.
Комары!!!!! Нет москитных сеток на окнах, комары залетают из-за всех щелей и найти фумигатор - это проблема. Если вы привезете с собой фумигатор - тогда этот пункт можете пропустить.
Полотенца воняют.
Пока они сухие - нормально. Стоит им чуть намокнуть, они воняют. Такое бывает когда мокрые полотенца лежали долго не просыхая в стиральной машине или их просто забыли развесить. Но в таком случае их надо кипятить. Тут этим делом не заморачивались. Полотенца лучше свои иметь.
Уборку в номерах не делают, даже если живешь там долго.
Проблемы с горячей водой. Из трех дней два были без горячей воды.
