Breakfast was great. The room that we took had a beautiful view of the ocean, with a balcony. The toilets were large. Overall bed was comfortable, room was cold and cozy. And the restaurant on the terrace is great, their food is amazing and worth the price.
we had a little problem with the sink and the sink kept on leaking water all over the sink cabinet area. Price tends to be a little bit overpriced.

La piscina nos gustó mucho. La habitación también muy bien y la cercanía al puerto. Te ayudan con las maletas al llegar y al irte.
Solo hay un ascensor para tantos pisos.

Was uns an der Unterkunft gefallen hat, war die gute Lage und die Ausstattun.
nicht zufrieden. Das Zimmer, das wir am ersten Tag bekommen haben, hatte einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch (ähnlich wie Schimmel). Trotz Reklamation wurde das Problem nicht gelöst – es wurde lediglich Raumduft verwendet, was den Geruch nicht beseitigt hat.
Wir mussten sogar die Balkontür die ganze Nacht offen lassen, weil es sonst nicht auszuhalten war. Am nächsten Tag wurden uns zwar andere Zimmer gezeigt, diese hatten jedoch ebenfalls den gleichen Geruch.
Für ein akzeptables Zimmer mussten wir am Ende einen Aufpreis zahlen, was wir absolut nicht in Ordnung fanden, da das Problem eindeutig beim Hotel lag.
Besonders enttäuschend war, dass wir uns insgesamt nicht ernst genommen gefühlt haben – viele Mitarbeitende wirkten eher genervt.
Einziger Lichtblick: Ein Mitarbeiter vom Housekeeping auf der 9. Etage (Mohamed sohel ) war sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht.
