Clean room, very comfortable bed (although my custom would be to have a top sheet, not only a blanket) room service whenever needed, delightful and knowledgeable staff people, super clean establishment, quiet, gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains, if you are given a room upstairs. Convenient location between Panca Door beaches, and alun-alun/town center. We ❤️ Pacitan!
Bathroom has no hot water for showers, bathroom is cramped, hard to stand at the sink due to toilet placement. I would expect to have an inside chain-lock for night security, but have not found these in Indonesian hotels. Lastly, probably best to go out for breakfast. Fried egg, toast, a lettuce leaf and tomato slices was kind of sad. We were offered guava juice on our first day, but none on subsequent days

Surreal! Love the suite. Perfect, so aesthetic!! Everything looks nice, good. The staff were great. Breakfast was nice. But please take note, the smaller room didn't come with heater and kettle.
I just hate the insects. The swimming pool was covered with all types of insects. We didn't have the chance to swim on it. The heater is uncontrollable. When u turn hot, it is getting super hot, and then when I turn to the left cold but the water is smaller. Didn't have a pleasant shower time. The WiFi is bad. My kids couldn't watch Netflix, no local channel.
