good equipped spacious flat in a calm location 20 min from subway, good value for the money

spacious flat, calm location, effective air conditioning, sufficiently equipped kitchen, large balcony, modern furnishing

very limited boiler capacity (I had a cold shower, but never mind in 40°C days :-) ) no balcony furnishing fridge/freezer not in a clean and fresh condition

Very good, would come again

Our host sent a detailed message with locations and codes which made access easy. There is a working lift and despite the outside heat the accomodation was still cool on the inside even without the AC turned on. Everything thing was cleaned and is well maintained. The host promptly replied to our messages and was helpful throughout our stay. There are plenty parking places nearby and saw police and security patrol after dark so I guess it's safe as well

Disappointing

Terrible experience. The “exclusive terrace” was completely empty with no furniture, several appliances (kettle, kitchen hood) didn’t work, and orange pillows smelled of cigarettes. The host even had the audacity to ask me for a 9-10 rating despite these issues. Misleading photos, broken equipment, fake reviews - I do not recommend this apartment.

camera da letto bellissima, grande e davvero comoda. bagno molto carino, ottimi servizi. grandissimo il balcone e la vista

mancavano i servizi base per cucinare come olio e sale. non c'erano abbastanza posate per tutti e 6 gli ospiti così come i piatti che abbiamo trovato anche sporchi completamente. non c'erano 6 sedie per i 6 ospiti, e mancava l'arredo per l'esterno che risultava completamente vuoto
