Appartamento super pulito, accogliente, curato nei dettagli. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile. Paesino tranquillo e con fattoeie vicino a Salisburgo.
Uniche cose che elenco come negative, ma sono inezie, è la mancanza di tostapane, di moka(c'é la macchina per caffè americano) e di tende oscuranti nella zona giorno dove si trova il divano letto.

La casa è davvero bella, in legno, ben rifinita e manutenuta con una bella vista sulle montagne. Niederalm è un quartiere estremamente tranquillo e silenzioso. Il centro di Salisburgo si raggiunge con due comodi autobus in circa 20 minuti operativi fino a tarda sera.
Non ho apprezzato la comunicazione, al nostro arrivo ci sono state consegnate le chiavi in 10 secondi non ci è stato spiegato che lavatrice ed asciugatrice erano al piano seminterrato e non in appartamento e quindi non le ho trovate. Mancavano prodotti da bagno e carta igienica che a mia richieste sono stati forniti. Non ho apprezzato che al nostro arrivo in serata e in un posto dove non c'è nemmeno un bar non ci fosse una bottiglia d'acqua o un po' di zucchero per fare un caffè.

We stayed here as a group of 16 for 3 nights, and everything was wonderful! The place was extremely clean and in a very convenient location. Most importantly, the lady who owns the place was incredibly kind, welcoming, and easygoing. We had an amazing time and highly recommend staying here

The host was welcoming, and the location is beautiful and quiet.
However, the apartment fell far short of what was advertised on Booking.com.
Missing Amenities: A washing machine and drying rack were listed, but neither was available. We were also promised a baby crib on Booking.com, but it was not provided upon arrival.
Uncomfortable Conditions: We visited with a kid and a toddler during a heatwave. Despite requesting fans weeks in advance, we were given two tiny fans that barely cooled one person, let alone an entire room. Additionally, there was no Wi-Fi in the room and a major issue with mosquitoes.
Poor Hospitality & Supplies: Basic essentials were lacking. We were given only 2 dishwasher tablets for a 3-night stay. When I asked for more, the host told me those were "extra" and suggested I wash dishes by hand (I had to ask twice to finally get them). The hand soap ran out after one night, and both the hand soap and dish gel were heavily watered down. I had to go to the owner's house just to get soap refilled.
Overall, the lack of promised amenities made staying here with young children very difficult.
