The check in was uncomplicated and easy late at night. The room is spacious and comfortable. But the fittings are a bit on the cheap side. The personnel is very friendly
There was no water in the fridge, most B&B`s in that price category offer complimentary water and proper coffee in the rooms. The breakfast was not bad, but limited and only instant coffee was offered. At least in the breakfast room I was expecting proper coffee. The shower door was leaking water and there was a big puddle in the bathroom.

The property is very neat and has great facilities with beautiful gardens and pool.
The gate system, could be improved upon, with either a security guard house by the gate or remotes being supplied to guests.

The gentleman who appears to be caretaker,
David was very friendly and helpful.
Vuyo and Lebo were great with the spa treatment
The breakfast is not that good as it looked on the pictures
The manager is not client centered or friendly
Wi-Fi is quite bad, connectivity was on and off
No provision for changing weather conditions in the rooms
The caretaker David seems overworked and overwhelmed which made hard for to attend to all the guests needs because he had so many other things to do, things that require multiple staff it’s done by one person
