Moderne Wohnung nahe beim Zentrum. Das Studio ist renoviert und schön eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermittlerfirma war gut.
Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Es hat kein Abwaschmittel und nur ein Tab für die Spülmaschine. Ebenso wird nur ein kleines Douchbriefchen zur Verfügung gestellt was bei längerem Aufenthalt schon mickrig ist. Der Abfall muss selbst getrennt entsorgt werden. Man darf nicht Lärm empfindlich sein, das Quartier lebt nachts und tags.

San Martino Suite gode di una ottima posizione,
Pulizia e comodità, anche i vicini tutti ragazzi educatissimi e che il venerdì sera mettono bellissima musica .Steaconsigliato. Vado spesso a Pavia e sarà il mio alloggio preferito.
Se proprio devo dire qualcosa, riguarda l odore un pochino sgradevole all' entrata del portone, ma non dipende dal proprietario. Semplicemente ci sono i cassonetti e credo gli scarichi delle caldaie.

Easy to find, but there is a bit of a knack to opening the first door. Great spacious shower, comfortable bed. Modern and clean.
An information folder would have been useful, i didn't know the colour coding for the recycling bins. I didn't know how to contact the hosts, not thst we really needed to. There was only 1 mug, so we couldn't both have a cup of tea.

Bellissimo appartamento, ottima posizione, proprietario gentile e veloce nel rispondere alle richieste. Sono stata ospite in vari B&B a Pavia ma questo è il mio preferito!
