Amazing location and facilities

Location was perfect and the apartment had everything we needed. The complex was lovely, the vibe and ambience exceeded my expectations. Excellent value for money.

Parking was the only slight downside as we had a car for our week long stay. It was managed with a bit of planning (free street parking 9pm to 7am and max 3hr paid parking 7am to 9pm). Parking can be difficult on a night where there is a major event in the city.

The location.

Very dirty place, people smoke and throw rubbish onto your balcony, bathroom walls had mould, in addition bedbugs in the sofabed. My daughter was impacted and so was I. No one to service the property. Managed by a bigger agency and does not care about customer service. Very good in writing apologies through mails and messages. Even haven’t payed my deposit back. Booking team could not help at all. This is actually an Airbnb. Had to pick my keys from a location not even close by. Had I had the opportunity to give. -ve rating I would have
