Location was at right middle of the town, early check-in was accepted based on the room availability. Proximity to all eateries, bus stops and taxi stand and walkable to the lake too! Comfy beds and room
Fan was not available, even though being a hill station, during summers, it tend to get hotter at times and the rug is very thick, so fan would have solved the issue

Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Area outside hotel is not good. Street outside hotel became very muddy during the rain. Ground floor rooms are a bit stuffy not adequate natural light. Some door locks are faulty. No food facilities.

Room size, room structure, room wall colours, rooms are very poorly lit. Only one phone charging point.
