I loved this - it was exactly what I was looking for in Nong Khiaw: beautiful, friendly, slightly off the main tourist track but in nature, incredibly comfortable but fun to have the feeling of being a bit closer to the landscape. The restaurant food is great, the balconies of the chalets are really comfortable as are the beds, it was fun to try the kayak, and I was really tempted to stay and just use this as a retreat. The manager seems like a lovely guy too. And there's even a cool cave right opposite!
Helps to have your own transport, but it's possible to do it with tuktuks.

The view and the facilities of the tent was the best. Too beautiful and a comfortable place to stay
I was working late into the night, so I had my lights on. Unfortunately, that attracted a lot of flies, and they kept finding their way into my tent throughout the night. By morning, there were literally hundreds of flies inside! That said, this only happened because I had the lights on all night. If you're like most guests and don't stay up working with the lights on, you probably won't face this issue. Apart from that, it was an amazing stay, and I'd highly recommend it.

Super great spot on the river, the room felt super cosy and the decor and toilet was quite the luxury I wasn’t expecting!
Really good shower.
Camping chairs and table were excellent to watch the river. They also had a camp fire which felt cosy!
The staff were all excellent, we really enjoyed the Pad Thai! It was so good!
They also have washer and dryer on site and also storage while we went camping for a night elsewhere. We really wanted to try the kayaking but ran out of time but they have kayaks at a really good price!
The staff are super friendly and great!
Personally for me I would need the room cleaned each day as the bed does attract small harmless ants because of course you are in nature and the bed touches the floor but we only stayed one night at a time so it was a tiny issue.

Stunning views and good restaurant attached in the property. A little away from the main town , which keeps it private and peaceful, but you can rent a cycle/scooter from the owner
